Clear tech hunter bounty

Anyone know how to clear a Tech hunter bounty? There is no place/city to turn yourself into that I've found. The only city that has a TH barracks is Worlds End. I climbed into a prison cell there and they aren't releasing me. There was no guard to talk to. In the UC it's easy, just climb in a cell and they release you very quickly. Ideas?

are you sure it is a tech hunter bounty? which town did you commit the crime at?

Try this but you need a plastic surgeon within territory that faction is in. TH bounty still could be under UC.

I have a little base just north of the Tech Hunters way-station east of the Gray Desert. I also have the tower there too and they said I "assaulted" someone there, but I know the game is programmed to not allow you in a "safe" place very long. My guy is extremely OP and could take out the whole station himself, but I like the Tech Hunters. I really would like to try to clear it the usual way, but the Tech Hunters don't seem to have a way. I don't even know where they would put me if they caught me when chasing me. They have no prison cells at the Way Station.

It definitely is a Tech Hunters bounty. It occurred at their way station.

Does it not have an expiry time? If it is 10K & above it will not vanish.

Tech Hunters have an uneasy alliance with United Cities, hand yourself into a UC police station for it. This is because minor factions don't have police or bounties handled directly, so Tech Hunters were given a vague connection to the UC to handle it instead.

It was a Tech Hunters bounty... however, I just escaped from a cell after 4 days (ish) and when I got back to my base the bounty was gone. Thanks for the help

Bounty is gone, but now they won't sell to me, calling me a thief. My guy must have automatically ran outside and into their shop to gather resources for his job. I was off doing something else, came back and he had 5 people dead on the floor and still fighting... needless to say my relations was -92 with them. Running a "Minor pacifiers" mod that allowed me to pay 100k cats to return to 0, but they still call me a thief.
