Cannot talk to Scraphouse shopkeeper (Update: Quin missing)
I went to the Scraphouse in the Black Desert City, I found a shop there, I bought some stuff and left. I came back the other day and found that the speech bubble with the shop keeper, Dack, is missing. I cannot talk to him and thus cannot sell my huge collection of stolen blueprints.

I am using a skeleton character...

What is happening?

Update: As Morkonan points out I should be talking to Quin, but somehow he is not there!

Omg You are right, it should be Quin, somehow he is missing and Dack's goal is "shopkeeper" , which confuses me. I need to find Quin (but where did he go???)

LOL, no problem. I did the same thing when I first went there. I read the shopkeeper's dialogue and then tried forever to get Dack to talk to my characters, with no success. :)

I don't know where Quin went, though. Check the Repair Beds to see if something weird happened and he needed a repair. But, there's a ton of guards and spider bots in there. Check around the town for repair beds, just in case.

Slavers and Caravans, however, do go there and hang out in his very large shop. If you've been in the area for awhile it's long enough for some weirdness, maybe an ironspider getting trained in there, to happen. (PS- If he was rendered unconscious, slavers could have captured him without interference I think. It's improbable that anything in the area is strong enough to be in there very long, but I suppose it's "possible."

According to this, there are supposed to be 8 Skeletons and 5 Spiders in there, guarding the place. Count 'em. If there are less, then maybe it was attacked?

If you still can't find him, I see an "Import" in your game's future...

I just counted, there are exactly 8 Skeletons and 5 Spiders in that scraphouse, plus Dack. No Quin though...
I am going to check repair beds, are those in the bar or...private storage?

I only know of those in the Bar. There might be others, though. Sneak... :)

Btw, check "under" the shop, too. Do that first to make sure he didn't somehow clip through or fall through somehow. Sure, it would seem that the guards/spiders would have too, but the situation is already strange so strange things must be done! :)

Note: CTRL SHIFT F11, just in case he's stuck somewhere. Then, save the game on a new save, exit, and restart. Load up a previous save to check it, first. Or, load up that new save to see if it pops him back where he's supposed to be. The geometry and multi-story stuff going on there has lots of spots where things can get weird.

PS - I have also seen the bots beat the everloving snot out of an entire Caravan for reasons unknown... A whole "Nomad Trader Caravan" rendered practically limbless, crawling away from the Scraphouse. I wish I had seen wtf they had done to deserve that! :)

Good tips.

I Ctrl Shift F11, saved, restarted game and loaded that save, can't see Quin.
Place doesn't look attacked, mostly he got clipped out somewhere but I can't see him anywhere near the scraphouse (beneath and side of the walls).

I really hate importing...Yeah, Quin mentioned Dack's CPU is fried, he must have killed his friend...

Another malfunctioning Skeleton brings an end to someone... :(

That's weird, though. I like how the game has things going on, but cool stuff like that, if it could have happened, should be "experienced." :)

Still, walking over those bridges and finding a horde of hacked up Nomad Caravan people bleeding and burning all over the place was a pretty intimidating experience the first time I visited the Scraphouse. :)

Maybe something isn't quite right with that place... Something the Skeletons don't want us to know? :)

Sorry about the likely "Import," but I will say your current need outweighs just about anything. That merchant is too darn valuable.

Best of luck!

I believe the Bugmaster invaded this place and planted many unseen bugs around,
I gave up and imported... Quin instantly got back to where he belongs.
Thanks for the tips :)

Update: So I encountered some other problems, so I decided to unload all mod, verify game files, reactivate the mods and imported save.

After a few game days Quin is missing again :D
I suspect it might be a mod that modify citizen behaviour ... (Making them go "shopping")
