Chairs? Tables? Shelves?! What Tech level do i need?!

I am at tech level 2 and still not a hint of furniture you find in every other village. At what point do i get to actually decorate my home with furniture.

You'll have to find the Blueprints for those items. There are a couple and they include many different items that will then show up on your "Interiors" list in Engineering for the most part. They're relatively easily found, especially at Waystations and the Bar in The Hub and the Rebel Outpost. Likely other places, too. ie: Common Blueprints

You don't need any benches to craft them, either, and they usually take just one Building Material for each item.

Interesting. Iv not seen any the oonly blueprints iv found are for weapons.
Can you build everything you find in other towns? Like shelves and such?

I wonder if you can build swamper style houses.

I found 2 different furniture blueprint in worlds end. With a mod you can also build swamp buildings.

The Furniture blueprings common spawn in "Mechanic" shop inventories. These are the shops with the screwdriver and wrench.

Camping tents spawn in Exploration/Adventurer shops, which has the icon of the guy with the backpack and what looks like a stick. These should not be underestimated especially if you want to explore places like Forbidden Isle or Lost City early, without Dustcoats.
