where do you turn in bounties?

i had a dust boss attack my outpost and he died while looting him i saw he had a bounty.
The ui says Shek kingdom and Holy Nation wants him, however i went to a shek city and cant find anyone who wants to take him.

Look for police house there should be an NPC you can hand over bounties to, note that they dont always take dead ones or just half a reward if dead. you can hold ALT key to highlig shops sign include police house.

The Shek Kingdom's jails are tower buildings.
