i no longer walk in the air but i cant go on the wall
on the plus side a leviathan attacked the town

I never had a Leviathan attack the town by itsel, happend mainly cause I took the harpoonturrets and shot them, almost killed all the city guards, woops.
Edit, nvm seems you found the solution while I was typing. Good job.
1.- Shift + F11
2.- Click the building Defensive Wall or the Ramp
3.- Select "position" mode
4.- Make sure the Y number is the same in both. Keep an eye on the turrets!

I've tried editing my own settlement before and ran into this issue of the visual position not matching the physical, I wish I'd figured out sooner that it's simply fixed by reloading
In this case I was also trying to fix this stair in Catun; I actually deleted it an re-added it instead of trying to adjust the numbers, since this has the game automatically connect it to the wall in the correct position. Then a save and reload fixes actually being able to use it
