Otherwise there's no in-game way to disable or counteract it. You can lower muscle definition by raising science and cooking skills, but that won't affect their bulk.

I tried that and i don't know what i am doing wrong, but they just don't look right when i try. :(

I thought more of this kind of evolving physique was just variations on normal/al[pha maps or something. But, I guess it's more than that. (Not quite sure why it's in the game, to be honest. But, okiedokie I guess... )
I'm usually too far zoomed out to care, to be honest. But, I'd rather everyone not look like scaling variations of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
