Blueprints for ninja/assassin rags can be found at the thieves guild rarely. Duster i think from any clothing shop.
I like the steel Sakkat hat as well. it might not be quite as protective as other options, but it looks great.
Also, how do you even do anything Limbless, or just missing arms?
you are gonna want sum uhhh, bindings ninja or assassin rags and in my opinion the hooded cloak
Crafting's easy enough, even if your not engaging NPC shops (which apparently you are anyway).
Armour king and that weapon guy in Black City are just cheesy, make the game super easy.
A dustcoat is also very good due to it's really good amount of coverage but then you're stuck using bindings for your shirt slot and still taking some damage due to them not being 100%. That being said, the acid and burning resistance on the dust coat is very handy and often I am carrying one around for my martial artist when we're traveling in the deadlands or venge.
i would go clothes, maybe martial art bonus clothes (gi stuff, martial art bindings, stuff like that) and light fed (wooden sandals ftw). maybe some light armor stuff like dust/long coat for dodge bonus...
everything that gives bonus to (combat)speed & dodging should be good...
IIRC its level 3 Crafting tech that requires Engineering Research papers to research/

i hate how decent the stats are on armored skirts, i sometimes forfeit numbers for style and high level MA can afford to do it.. armored skirt looks garbage af on a srs char. i supposed i could stat my own clothes now ik the fcs some..
Armor king has trash for Light Armor. Why? Because you can easily get an Armor Smith up to crafting Masterwork Light Armor pretty quickly. Just skill them up on turning Animal Skins into Leather. Kill all the animals you can find until you have a couple hundred of them and you're set to Skill them to 70 or so. After that, make useful stuff like Leather Turtlenecks, which will take awhile. Then some Dustcoats, because they're awesome. Eventually, you'll be Mastercrafting all the Light Armors pretty handily.
Dustcoats are pretty darn awesome: https://kenshi.fandom.com/wiki/Dustcoat
Assassins Rags have great bonuses, but crap coverage. If you're not getting hit, they're great.
