On "bulk" - I don't really pay much attention to how the characters look. Well, except for their gear and general scale relative to each other. So, I don't use this or the "Plastic Surgeon" mechanic. I guess all my characters are probably "Gorilla Chads." :)
Interesting note for those who might have interest... - Apparently, according to the posts in the above Mod's comments, "Bulk" can't be reduced. Just making an assumption, but there are two easy ways these sorts of things work. One is simply scaling the rigging which effects the geometry. That's the simplest and it's common in "Character Generators." The other is "inflating" the geometry, which is a different sort of operation. That's probably why it won't change "bulk" and you have to use a Plastic Surgeon that gives you access to the in-game mechanic that dynamically inflates actual geometry. (Which seems a bit intense, to me, rather than just leaving it at rigging scaling. But, then again, I don't often zoom in to look really close at the characters very often.)
ive relegated to just having a cap of 100 on stats and it looks fine now.
but what i wanted was a way to extend the range of the sliders. so that i could tone down the characters bulk further and maintain him looking relatively normal even with huge stats. I didnt want to remove the bulk feature entirely, but thanks for linking that mod, ill give it a try and see how it feels.
