Sniperbot stats are around 40 I think. Standard skeletons in floodland and deadland are around 50. Most skeletons at deadland workshops are P4 units in 35 stats. There are thralls in Venge and Ashlands but their stats aren't high enough for training worthy. Thralls guarding armor king have 90's in stats but would affect your reputation with skeleton faction if you use them for training. There are several different types of skeletons. Look at their stats, the higher the better, dexterity is important. If your characters are in 20's then sniperbot is ok. Once stats of your characters reach 40's, find something better than sniperbot, like spider foreman.
I think the OP was asking where to find skeletons to catch them for his squad.
Some broken skeletons have stats in 50's, that's good for early training. Sniperbots are around the same. But Sniperbot can be dangerous to low stats characters if they have higher quality eagle cross but most don't and they usually carry poor sword as sidearm. Broken skeleton in 50 stats with higher quality frag axe are more dangerous. Sometimes they wield lower quality frag axe but still can be risky to lower stats characters. Once they're disarmed then they would be easier for training cuz they don't have good MA skills.
Spider foreman carry meitou staff, so it's not as lethal and can be taken down if you could take down his spiders on 2nd floor at spider factory. Or you could stealth knock him out during night time with assassin rag if your assassin skills is high enough, you don't even have to deal with his spiders but don't forget to bring protection gears against acid rain when you're ready.
