Question about bounties

Do new criminals appear in this game for me to capture? Or when I capture them all I won't be a bounty hunter anymore?

Doesn't matter how many bounties you have captured, there always will be more. Non-unqiue NPC like rebel farmers, sand ninjas, grass pirates, etc travelling in groups, check each one to see if they have any bounties, pretty often they do.

The special bounties with the defined locations, set bounty and note detailing their whereabouts and description will never respawn, and the game won't create more I.E there won't ever be more than one Dust King to deal with.

I'm not sure if you can take the Dust King to say, the Shek Kingdom and get paid, then when he's released (if he ever is) recapture him and deliver him to the Holy Nation for more bounty money, though. Sounds like it should work, even if you jailbreak him, since the Holy Nation shouldn't really know he was captured prior, but it also sounds like an exploit in general.

There are also randomly assigned minor bounties that can appear in groups of usual dissidents like Rebel Farmers and the like, they are randomly assigned and so potentially "renewable" but they're usually not very much, ranging from like 500c to maybe 3500c at most. I'm not 100% sure but I'm assuming those guys are the targets for the roaming squads of Bounty Hunters you can meet, but maybe not.

I'm also not sure but you might be able to hire some random no-name dude from a bar and then have him kidnap a town guard, making him gain several bounty stacks (can quickly lead to a 50,000c bounty if you are thrifty) and then dismiss him from your faction, he'll join the Tech Hunters and maybe retain the bounty, which you can then claim by throwing him in the associated cell...maybe you can do that anyway, or maybe the bounty is cleared upon dismissal. That's not really what you asked, but...worth mentioning lol.

Dust king is only one I have captured and got paid for, but good to know some will repawn

Even if reward is slim but at least boosting repuation with a certain faction by 2 points per turn in is a good bonus. Shek usually release Dust King within a day even he's supposed to be imprisioned forever. Prolly a bug.
