Getting my weapons back
If you are imprisoned where do the guards keep the confiscated weapons ?

from what i've experienced mostly they keep them in their inventory but also drop them into barrels and other storage nearby.

Basically, steal them back or make new ones. Yeah, they never return them.

If you get the bad end of a fight with a guard, pause when knocked out, move weapons into pack if you can. They won't take them from your pack unless that's been changed. Been a while since I town brawled the HN guards :)

you can also buy them back from the person you turn bounties in to
