why are you need more?
A weapon that weighs 20kg more than your current strength is the optimal weight for this training.
Edge and Meitou grade heavy weapons can weigh more than 60 or 70 (I forget), and you need to have 20 more strength than the weapon to wield it optimally.
So if you want to have a master heavy weapons guy wielding the best heavy weapon, he needs to have like 90 strength.
Training dummies are alright.
Mining now trains strength is also a good one. As it didn't make sense why your miners who mined for over 9000 years with max labor still had spaghetti arms.
Following your farmers also works.
I have a question to the other people. My character carried a unequiped bag full of copper ores and was a carrying one of my squad but when I fought a prisoner that I captured it only have me 1 str gain(I only had 10 str that time) when the fight ended on one of my earlier playthroughs
The tooltip for strength showed that I had 0% xp gain for strength in combat when I checked it after the fight but I noticed people recommending this method and would like to know what I am doing wrong.
Hmm. Try the classic importing the game. If not, start a new game with a throwaway character and test to see if you have the same issue with the new char.
(Come to think of it, this might be the result of a modded backpack, but I'm not sure and I'm not really interested in checking)
