How do you decide wich robot arms are good? +dex, +str or +str/dex?
For example, for my heavy weapons guy I probably need strenght, but what do I need for other weapons? Do I just got for the +10%str/dex or should I go +20% str or dex? How do you know what you need for what weapon?

str for blunt damage, dex for cutting damage. Strength needs to be twice weight of weapon to not suffer speed penalties. So as for your heavy guy needing strength, he might not if it's a falling sun he's using. Use the first sentence as a guideline.

-Meitou AXe has 75 kg Which means SHe will need 150 STRG (Which IS stupid)

So according to your statement, either The developer (Christ Hunt) derped big time or your statement about double STRNG are not entirely conclusive.
Well theoretically, you could give your character 2x 25% strenght robot arms so at 100str she would have 150 wich is double of 75!

So if my guy has more than enough str I should take dex? Any reason to use the dex/str combined arms?

He is correct about double the strength of a weapon's weight requirement, but it's not impossible to get 150 str either, it'd be a massive timesink, but it's possible by raising strength to 100 and having 2 masterwork strength increasing arms (don't remember the names for them).

Fragment axes always had silly str requirement due to the inflated stats they provide, but they got overshadowed ever since Falling Sun became craftable, the stat requirements should be toned down a tad imo.
