Dumb question: Animal healing

do they have beds or what...how can i speed up recovery after battle?

You can put them in sleeping bags to speed up healing. But one of your characters would have to pick them up cuz they cannot get up from sleeping bag by themselves when telling them to.

As above, can only pick them up & put them in sleeping bags, or beds, but have to pick them back up too. Lots of requests have been posted for animal beds so you can order them to get in & out but it never materialised.

I tried to find a way to mod it only a few days ago but have had zero luck so stuck with current workaround ;o(

This. It's kind of immersion breaking to watch your 100 pound Scorchlander pick up what's easily a 500-1000 pound wild bull and put it in bed, but what can you do.

Or picking up beak things prolly weighting several tons but postive side, beak things cannot attack you while they're in sleeping bags for you to be able to pick em up and using them as cannon fodders against raids. Gorrillos can be put in sleeping bags as well staying put, but king black and great white gorrillos are the only animals I know that can leave sleeping bags by themselves after reloading the game. So I had to put them in my shacks seperately or they would be fighting each other.
