what happens when I destroy an outpost like Squinn
Do I get to take over or does it just turn red like after clearing a bandit camp?

HN or UC or others may take over depending on your relationship with other factions. For example, I used to be ally with UC and wiped out Orkan's Shield, UC took over. I switched ally to Shek and wiped out Orkan's Shield again, Shek took over. Not sure what's the outcome if you have no ally.

Do nice things. Like freeing their members from slavery. Even if its from your own cages tee hee

Fastest way to gain an ally is by capurting one of their greatest enemies and offer him/her/it as tribute. Like bringing the bugmaster to the shek, the lord phoenix to the UC or taking down tinfist.

It should boost your relationship by around 70 - 80 points and make you an ally instantly.

hahaha
yeah, gather an army, train it, go and try to capture Bugmaster...

any other ways?
why there are Faction HQs in cities? There is noone to talk even. They are just like barracks?
so i can't go and tell someone "Here i am wanna work for you" ?

?? You can talk to the leaders of every major faction.

Oh. Just because it is a faction hq doesn’t mean the leader is there. Some factions have several cities and multiple hqs. The leaders are at their capitals.

Hi, for UC, capture bounties & turn them in. Each one gives 2 points toward allied. Once you reach 50, not 100, you will auto. become allied. A great place for bounties is in Drin. Drin has two cages to use for your reward, problem is they never seem to empty the cages for later use. So only put the dying in the cage, it's a flaw in the game design. Otherwise run your captives into Stoat or Sho- Battai.

After Shek became my ally and my repuation with UC is at -25 after ally with rebel farmers and anti-slavers, police won't talk to me when I brought in bounties, even I can put them in their cages and still get rewards but my repuation with UC is still stuck at -25.
