Anyway to go sleep until fully healed automatically?
I have 10 members and it is very micro management that I put them to bed 1 by 1 and don't forget to uncheck the Job Button. If I forget to uncheck Job button, they go mine while crippled. I also checked "sleep when wounded" in AI menu but it doesn't work always. They have Medikit in their inventory but they go mine while suffer heavy bleeding. So I cure them manually 1 by 1 and put them bed 1 by 1 and check them 1 by 1 not to die. Anyway to do this automatically?

well, if they're super injured they'll stay there until they are 'functional' again, at which point they wake up and try to do jobs. This is actually very BAD, because smithies with low actual health can't produce higher quality goods, and you end up with limpers trying to haul things across your base, or people with busted arms running around asking for an involuntary amputation.

If you see them do that, give them the order to go back to bed. They'll stay there until you tell them otherwise.

This is with jobs turned ON. If they're working and you give them an order to go to bed, sit, man a turret, etc, they will do it, even if it means starving. If they go voluntarily, they'll only stay until they can move again.

I wish we could assign beds as a job, it would make this process easier I bet

A decent medic with splint in his job list will alleviate the problem somewhat, at least it'll mean your guys can run for the most part instead of limping. Once you get to a certain point, and with good job management, your guys will be churning out stuff so quick it wouldn't matter if they were crawling around hehe....well, not quite but you know what I mean lol ;o)

i have splint injuries as top job always then medic then rescue which picks people up and takes them to a bed.

when my main offensive group is on adventures i always take some sleeping bags with me. one good thing about dust bandits is you get free beds to use ha. the real beds not sleeping bags heal at a much higher rate.

i guess maybe someone might make a mod to make this easier.

there is a mod that increases healing of beds.

while this doesn't really solve your problem might help some. just remember to turn off jobs before fight or x out the mining stuff until you know they are healed up.

if its really annoying you could tweek the healing rate of your guys default is 1 i believe for most. you could up it to 1.5 or even 2 although that would be cheating ha. on top of that you could even have them self heal. this is true in some of the OP mods that are more geared towards soloing or very small squad sizes or for fun in your non main game.

in my playthrough current i had like 4 guys on turrets as top job meanwhile wukang bleed out and died a few feet away lol.

so lesson learned for me ha.
