What are some good places to raid?

I’m looking to do some raiding for loot and science books.

What are some good places to raid for a band of mid level recruits or higher? (12 men with stats in the 30s-40s, with great armor and weapons.)

Hmm there are many old labs, workshops & the such dotted around the map. However they tend to be quite "hazardous" but with fortunes inside. Usually either Blood Spiders (which don't care if you have armor) or Iron Spiders which hit so fast you may think they are hopped up on speed.

But as long as your cautious prepare to get rich! The swamp has a few ruins along the southern half. Could make hundreds of thousands if you have either high lockpick or alot of tools to break locks. There is also the Laviathan coast, that light grey area on the top left corner of the map.

Basically along most edges of the map are hidden caches of dangerous but rewarding loot. So get hunting!

Ah yes also be sure to buy any maps you find that reveal POTENTIAL lootable areas. Most the time even if they bring you to somewhere already looted, there will be an actual high value building somewhere nearby.

Try fish king isle. It will be easy walk for a group of your stats, and fish king's lab is by far the most rich of all labs I ever found.

Worth noting that the loot is randomly generated. One 1 playthrough I found 300k in 1 lab, but on another playthrough that same lab had only roughly over 100k in valuables.

Well I dont know. I rarely come to places more than 1 time. I dont really see point in "farming" one place constantly, its not a mmo to farm.

Just wander in some direction and eventually you will find somthing.

Floodlands if my fav place now. It has a few ruins you can loot and a couple of towers owned by Skeletons you can rest in if you are cool with them. Spring bats or old world bows can be your best friend in this area.

The Crater is a high risk/reward... look out for dem beak things

The Grid has a couple of spots for acient tech...once again beak things

Venge has some good stuff but I lost my first 100 hour save there so that is gunna be a big NO from me.

Just below Arach there are a few simple librarys and on just off the coast an armory..my word of advice is bring 3 guys with spring bats or old world bows to the armory, you will need them.

Bonus: Floodlands has a great basing spot too, I base on the edge of it and hidden forest = no raids (if you havn't made enemies) and there is 86% fertile soil in the flood valleys heading into the floodplains from hidden forest so you can grow anything but cactus. If people don't hate you the only threat is the occasional Iron Spider or Broken Skeleton that wanders in and they tend to wander in alot haha.

Of course! :D You cannot farm these places (unless your spamming import but at that point, you would probably have a gambling addiction)

Some good ideas. I will see what I can do. Some will have to wait for the future, when the recruits are a bit stronger.
