You really had me tricked throughout aswell.
Skin bandits... Huh thats a weird name...Especially since they are friendly.
"Welcome to our human town"
Huh... Thats a weird way to put it..
Peeler machine? That looks weird...
"I like your skin... Can I have it?"
Huh, what a weird fetish...
I only realized my mistake as I zoomed onto his face a second before they all started attacking me.
One of the better experiences I've had in a game.
Also, you can't escape the machine if you are unconscious. You can't be picked up. Even if it's unlocked.
That, added to the whole "you can't kill people on the ground", and the swarm as soon as you get close to one of their outpost lead to an incredibly frustrating fight where you fight waves after waves, usually of the same guys who just woke up, while playing catch with some half dead dude.
as a hiver you better ask: can you sell me some?
thats why blunt weapons suck balls, its way too hard to kill people with them. Cut damage 4tw.
Also, with all the armor but light and samurai having dex penalty, blunt>cut.
And on top of that, blunt tend to have the best weapons (paladin's cross, falling sun, MA).
Finally, blunt weapon usually have a higher damage rate. So you might not bleed them to death, but you may simply remove a limb or kill them outright.
Pure blunt (as in the category) are meh, honestly, but "hybrid" with mroe blunt than cut are just better. They are better for low armored swarm because of the AoE, and they are better against armored opponent because of the various armor pen bonuses. The only thing cut weapon tend to shine is very early game, for stunlock (wakizashi for example), or as a beginner weapon (katana).
It used to be my grandma*
Each generation turns into a jacket after dying, xD
Can't you ally with them as a Skeleton, they wouldn't accept me as I was a Shek.
Why just jackets. After a couple of generations you'd have a full outfit.
