Improving relations with Holy Nation?
Hello! Reason I'm asking this is because I have no clue how to do it, and my base is basically stuck between 3 HN cities and I need them for trade and to not get wiped off the map if they get pissed about something. Read somewhere that bounties can improve relations , but is there a other way?

Find the Holy Nation Pacifier at Shark which is in the Swamps to pay a certain amount of Catz or use the Reset Relations Bot mod by Shidan from the workshop.

Thing is I am at 0 relations with them so "neutral" I guess, isnt pacifier only for if you are negative with a faction?

I healed all their troops (guess around 50-60 saved troops) after large battle against samurai and got 0.01% reputation increase
Best spent hour of gameplay

GG game, best spent hour of gameplay

Hahaha wow, that sucks. You'd think they would praise Okran for such devotion.

Look for bounties right outside of their cities. At Heng, plenty rebel farmers and variants attacking UC, they tend to have at least few bounties per herd, around 500-2000 cats each. There sand ninjas little further outside, often they have 4000 cats bounty, at least they travel in very small group, sometimes alone. Each bounty boost 2 points for repuation with UC, now I'm ally with them.

I haven't tried that with HN, I could careless about them cuz they're right wing fanatics in the furtherence of ingorance. They probably turned hostile to you because you have either Hive, Shek, or robot entering their territory and they see them parting with your faction. Or they only saw your women without men. I even noticed HN mention negativity about Scorchlanders cuz of their dark skin, so best to have at least one white greenlander male travelling with women and Scorchlanders when entering their terrtitory, don't forget to bring The Holy Flame book with you. I recalled reading somewhere about HN having issues with players building bases, maybe players skipping fruitless prayer day but I wouldn't want to bother building bases in their territory unless I'm ready to go war.

Also avoid Narko's Trap, unless assuming they're ally, they will attack your squad for just being there. I had to use my stealth character to get in for research books, even AI cores. Lucky I had my packbull waiting nearby when the sun went up, HN would be able to see my stealth character in daylight, thus I had my packbull to attack every HN troopers to draw them far enough away from the gate so my stealth character can escape without being seen. My packbull travels 36 mph, so it's all good but afterward I had to set my packbull to passive every time I bring it with me back into HN terrtiory cuz my packbull is already hostile about HN while HN still doesn't recongize my bull.

Oh, I thought you were in bad standing with HN when I read your OP. Not sure about how World React works currently on experimental but one would assume bringing enemies of HN such as Emperor Tengu or Moll leader of the Flotsam Ninja's to Holy Nation's "justice" would put you in good standing though in turn make you an enemy to the respective factions.

They shouldn't be hostile to you though if you are just neutral to them and having an outpost within their region, you just have to deal with their prejudicial, xenophobic and misogynistic meetings with them when they come to your outpost...taxes as well...can't forget that.

Turning in bounties will increase rep by 2 each time, certain very high value bounty will allow you to instantly be a full ally but turn other factions against you as a result. You can also try to heal their wounded but that's never a real way of doing it, it barely increases it at all.

Hi. Try roaming around tha Wend /the banks between Floodlands & Drowned Ruins & Lost Library east of Rebirth. You will encounter Skelly patrols. Normally a lot of them have bounties set by HN. Assuming you can take them out, each bounty turned in will net a + 5 rep increase. Always manage to get relation to 40 whenever I do this in a few weeks of roaming.

Oh another thing you can do for bounties is pulling people into HN towns or farms and taking them out (they have to attack you, not the other way around) that way they'll be considered as committing crime (because they're assaulting first) and if you're quick enough you'll be able to swipe them off the ground faster than the guards and bring them to jail.

Ohhh trust me, I've had to deal with their crap for over 100 ingame days now. Managed to even have other races than humans in my base because each time a patroll sees them they loose their ♥♥♥♥ but that book calms them down. Pretty irritating I have to show that book every single dam time, already told them it is for "Okran's" crusade I got Hivers etc.

Hope that when I get more reputation now they will loose their ♥♥♥♥ less often and understand I got them as my "slaves" for Okran. Or that it will get added in the future.

Have not noticed any taxes yet though?

They don't charge taxes, they charge in prayers XD. the thing with the book is kinda made annoying, if a char has the book, this should automatically be resolved once that event is done once.

Just handed in the Dust King, found something interesting when doing bounties for Holy Nation. If you accept the payment, you get 0 relations added. If you hand a bounty in for no payment (don't choose that dialogue) you get relations. I missed out on 35k cats but got 5 reputation.

Don't know if this applies to all bounties or just the special NPC ones.

Update: I'm doing this in Stack, after you turn Dust King in the Inquisitor drops him off outside. When he wakes up it seems the guards attack him on sight, after he drops down you can just pick him up and walk back in to get another 5 reputation, rinse and repeat. Lol
