Flotsam aid against Stack?
So I'm gearing up to attack Stack and take down Seta for the Flotsam Ninjas and Moll mentions "Talk to my ninjas when you're ready to take down Seta" Is there an actual person I can talk to who will give me backup ninjas in this attack?

I have about 20 people and I don't feel like that's enough to take down a city and capture its leader.

When I asked her for help, she gave me a letter that opened some random 'squad leader' ninjas for dialogue (asking them to follow) - probably, that. There should be one of those in each ninja outpost and their village... at least, they are more reliably found than random patrols.

Thank you. I'll need to track down one of these squad leaders. I couldn't find one in Flotsam while I was there though and I don't know where any of these ninja outposts are.

i had forgotten about her saying all that when i allied with them, way before attacking stack. about a quarter of the way into the battle they just showed up. moll and about 20 flotsam, and they even came in through the other entrance and sandwiched who i was already engaged with. it was glorious.

Allied faction leaders showing up in battles worries me, little too easy for them to get messed up.

yup, I lost Moll in my main playthrough, she kept coming to help when I didn't need her. I was hoping an option of some sort to refuse/request aid would be made available as I'd rather she was safe than get harmed trying to "help" a much stronger (me) ally.

EDIT:- Forgot to say, she didn't die in the raids, she ended up going missing on her way back to her village. I tried to find her but no luck. I usually had someone bodyguard her on the way back but forgot one time & that's when she disappeared.

Flotsam ninjas have very low defence while attack in 50s, is it bug or intended ?

I only just noticed that last night myself when I joined the Flosams. Can't remember it being like that in the past but not really sure.
