how to heal!!!

so how do i heal myself? so far it makes no sense.
i cant even find my inventory

Hit "I" for your inventory.
To heal, mouse over your character until you see the green "+" then right-click.
You will need a medkit (and a splint kit for some injuries is helpful) or a repair kit for a skeleton.

You will also need to be conscious. Click your char and look at your health info box (lower left area). What does it say? If you are knocked out, speed up time (arrow buttons near the bottom right) until you return to consciousness.... assuming you don't bleed to death, etc.

If you wake up, you'll be able to heal.

Don't have a medcit??? You are screwed... BUT!!! IF YOU H A V E 0 N E then click a "medic button with a SHIFT PRESSED!!! (SHIFT!!!) OR right-click your char and select an option that related to healing or something...

Don't forget the beds. Medkits can only do so much. Have to sleep in bed to bring your health to 100. If you don't have a place of your own, some towns have a bed to rent at the bar.

Beds speed up healing but are not required to get to 100.

True. But at what point isn't a bed necessary for you and your crew? He needed to know.
