because of this i've been meaning to make my way up north to ally with the flotsam to hopefully alleviate some of the pressure fromt he HN. otherwise one of these bigger band of bones raids is gonna kick me so hard i cant recover for the next raid in time.
reallllllly? that is really good to know. depending on where he is tho i imagine you can expect a bounty
Wiki has the pacifier locations. There is permantent static spawns and spawns that have a random chance to be a random faction.
On a plus side healing the rarer NPCs also gives relations.
no doubt that hundreds trump a flotsam ninja, but the immediate necessity makes the flotsam ideal. 100k rather than grinding bounties in a pinch is a godsend. while the flotsam don't hold ground as well as hundreds they still fly in with a punch, being between 70 and 90 att. plus they loathe the HN more so than the shek or UC
btw op allying w/ flotsam was a huge help. and while grinding bounties to get shek favor would be ideal, esp for location (the flotsam reenforcements almost didn't make it before the attack), the flotsam are the most immediate reconciliation.
