How to use prosthetics?

So one of my hive guys lost his left leg in an EPIC battle, and I knew there were prosthetics in the game so I ran and bought one. But I can't figure out how to use it! He is crippled, the left leg is all X out and I did buy the right leg.

How do I do this? x)

1) you look what leg is missing
2) buy a leg for right/left leg
3) press i and click on limbs
4) put leg in appropriate slot

Yeah, JUST as I posted this I saw there was a limb button... Thanks x)

Wait, so did you buy the right leg, or the left leg? If you bought the right leg, and his cripple is left, then you will have the wrong leg left, right?

Am I making sense here?

Lol yes, it was bad wording from my part! I meant that I bought the correct leg (Left)
