Acid rain protection

There is a lot of items that would protect you all over . But I wonder if it's worth it to work on getting full outfits for everyone? That would mean carry two full set of armor. What you guys think?

Short answer...not really no.

Long answer: At Specialist or Masterwork acid rain protection armor is decent enough to be worn at all times such that it protecting you against acid rain feels like a bonus rather than something you need in your backpack.

Dustcoats, Plate Jackets are good as light to medium protection which pretty much comprises of what my squad uses mainly because I like the look of them with my Skeletons and Hivers wearing Samurai armor and Samurai Clothpants.

Well, you dont have to carry two sets of armors. You can have your acid-protection ready for your expeditions in to the Deadlands, thats the only place where acid rain is a real problem. Acid rain in other areas is not a big deal.

Dustcoat + iron hat can offer more than decent acid protection. If they are of decent quality. And they are not that bad for combat.

You can do what I do learn how to make a flat shelter and get under it when u need to heal if u are in a never ending acid rain terrain

After asking this I thought of something else. Making a skeleton squad to go in that region as they are not affected by it.

Plus, you could build a small house or shelter and put a chest or armor storage container there and swap out gear when you need to travel there. Then swap back when leaving.
