Repairing a building
Been awhile since I played, so forgot some things and the game is absolutely not hinting how it's done.

Bought a building in the hub that needs reparing. As a guess bought some building material, but I see no option on repairing it.

Can someone please tell me how this is supposed to be done? It's driving me mad :(
