Is there a barter skill?

I just recently got this game and I am enjoying it so much.. while it is still kicking my butt, but I wonder if there is such a thing that influences trading so you get better deals?

this game really feels like Rimworld in a way the outside life is brutal as hell lol.

All the skills that exist are listed on your stats, no bartering.

As far as I know, trading works base on distance, legality of the goods and randomise price mark-up upon a new game or import.

Distance: Buying trade goods from maybe UC and selling it to HN may offer profit
Legality: A goods that is considered illegal in the current town can be sold for a higher price though I have yet to successfully sell it to proper vendors and instead have sold them mostly to Shinobi Thieves or their fences.
Price mark-up: Varies when you start a newgame or import and trade goods will only have price mark-up listed in their tooltip.

Trading doesn't seem profitable when comparing to crafting non-trade goods and selling them in bulk as their prices remain the same.
