Buying a building

So after the updated, i was able to buy a building at The Hub, but i can't repair it. Any ideas?

You need building materials, then you should be able to right click on it, or maybe hold down right click on it (The building).

EDIT: I think you need building materials, you may only need to repair the condition but if I remember correctly, you needed the building materials.

holding right click on it should bring up the option to rebuild
