Where can I find Sleeveless Dustcoat

High Grade or better, to be exact.
So that's pretty much it. I want to buy (or steal *cough cough*) High Grade (or better) Sleeveless Dustcoat.

Is there a shop in the current version that does sell these?
Or are there NPCs that I can steal them from? Other than Grass Pirates, that is, because the best that they seem to have is Standard Grade.

You can buy the Dust coat from any NPC that sells leather armor, the quality is totally random, you may have to keep going back to check the restocks to get a better one.

I rarely see Dustcoats being sold. It's usually the Longcoat. And I have never seen the Sleeveless version being sold. Just bad luck or can you confirm that they actually sell Sleeveless Dustcoats?

It's called a Dust coat, and yes they sell them. All my squad wear them.

The sleeveless Dustcoat is only sold by the Armour King. Which is not to be confused with the sleeveless longcoat, which is sold by a lot of people.

P.S. Forgot, but the Armour King sell high quality stuff, so don't worry about the quality.

I have never been to the armor king and all my squad have them, I can't remember which United City location I bought it from but one that sells leather armor.

According to the game editor, that's the only place which sell them. They can be dropped though, or maybe mod.

Just ignore my comments, I'm a total noob. I actually have the Dust coat not the one you are asking for, I just looked on FCS and saw 2 different Dust coats, sorry.
