Missing Lord Phoenix
So I went to Admug, bought a house, built turrets, killed everyone there, kidnapped Estata, Bayan, Seto and most of the higher guards. Took Bayan and Estata to Lord Phoenix's keep to finish the quest and Lord Phoenix is gone. He doesn't seem to be in the town even. Anyone know where he is or how to spawn him?

You're in Blister Hill, right? Try coming back in a day or import a save, or load an earlier save. I had Moll missing from Flotsam village and reloading 2 saves back fixed it

I just imported and he's back. Now he's sending me to flotsam so the quest line continued.
