Been almost everywhere, can't find a steady HIGH END supply of dust coats.

For every 6 or 7 that I crafted with the 90 armor skill guy only 1 is masterwork.

i remember seeing a good dust coat but i cant remember where. have u been to Mongrel? or Spring? or maybe it was in a ruin

Go to the Armour King

He's about half way up the river east of Blister Hill residing in some ruins. Sells a lot of Specialist and Masterwork (if you're lucky or import enough to reset his inventory) Dustcoats and Longcoats as well as other armor.

Haven't been to Spring, armor king only once. Is there anyone that has a STEADY supply?

Once again, the Armour King is your best bet for steady supply of high quality unless you decide to make your own. Mourn sells Dustcoats in bulk but they tend to be shoddy - high tier.

Keep in mind Kenshi, like the real world, is dominated by mediocrity and filled with garbage peddled by fools like the Catun Scrapmasters. Anything better than the crap standard set by the potheads filling the rank and file of the decadent, elitist empire is exceedingly rare and most likely a relic of the previous, more authoritarian empires.

you can just make them yourself
if you want to buy them go to the Outlands for higher quality equipment.
