There are a couple mods that give the illusion of dual wielding though, usually by creating a belt slot item that adds a weapon model to the off-hand.
Here's an example of a dual wield mod (one that I actually use), in this case it just adds tonfa models to the hands as a belt slot item, the character is actually using martial arts. There is an issue with female characters, one tonfa will stay on their hip, but male characters, skeletons and hivers display both weapons no problem.
