Luxury weapons blueprint?

the research said that there was a blacksmith at heng that could know about it but I went to heng and there was no luxury weapon BP there. I'm pretty sure It's from a mod, does anyone know where it is?

Go to the weaponsmith's shop in Heng and talk to the NPCs inside. One will talk to you a bit before offering to sell you the blueprints via text. He's usually standing to the left side of the entryway next to a chest.

You'll need 3 BPs total, one for the base version and two more for the upgrade to extra luxury.

The only weaponsmith shop I see here is in traders edge and I don't see this guy to talk to

Doh! My bad, I forgot that shops can wind up in different locations when I posted that. Its been months since I last imported, chances are its a building with a different floor plan in your game.

Are there any NPCs in the shop you can talk to aside from the shop keeper? They should be inside the store.

I'll run across the continent real quick, then make a save and import a few times to jumble up the buildings to see if I can get it in trader's edge and see if I can find him.

Just imported a dozen times and my shops just won't shuffle locations, in my game the weapons shop is always in the middle of Heng, the L house next to the 2 Outpost. I can't check to see if there might be a spawn issue with any other building types or locations because of that.

The NPC should be named Luxury Blacksmith and should be wearing a longcoat, they can wander a little inside the building (they have the guard script) so make sure to check the second floor or roof just in case, you can also try checking the shop I mentioned.

Here's a screenshot just to show that they should exist. When importing sometimes they would be male, other times female, but always wearing the same outfit. Its the guy walking up the stairs next to the speech bubble, plus I have em targeted so the name is visible.

How do I do this if Im enemy of trader's guild and united cities? can I raid their shops and find it?
