How do i make them? Following a guide telling me to make 2 near squin.
Is it item to research? Or stone mine building?

How far are you in game? Have you done any researches? You can mine by hands outside of Squinn where you can see iron and copper nodes then your characters would haul ores back into city if you have storage for them or sell them at shops. You need to research storage for ores before you can build them in house you can purchase from Squinn. I'm assuming that's what guide you spoke of. If you plan to build outpost, your characters would need to be ready fending off hostiles.

Per above advice just manual mine first. An outpost in a relatively safe zone is a very mid game thing. Just save for safe city building and build a research station there to deck out as much of tech tree as you can first.

Then when you have a rudimentary crew around 15 or so and most of Tech II nearing III, you COULD look at an outpost in a relatively safe zone, but seriously get ready for kiting like hell or paying for mercs...

Im currently in a section which tells me

Initial Outposts - Set up two small mining "outposts" (below) which you should never defend.
When you see a raid, get all but your fastest character (highest athletics skill) back to the safety of Squin asap.

Then, use your fastest character to pull the raids back to guards at Squin.

Don't worry about your stored resources - I never had any issues with the storage units being raided when I abandoned the bases, and you can now use the loot to upgrade your player equipment. Note - Food storage is the exception, so keep most of your foot in town and just run it back down as needed or as much as won't be missed.

1.the first and primary outpost should be located south of squin where you have a 2 man copper vein and a lot of iron/stone. Set up some refineries and start collecting stone, iron and copper. Put one pack mule here to ferry resources back to storage/town for sale and then bring food back to your workers. Note - If you build a food storage barrel, they'll eat from it without you have to individually provide them with dried meat but remember that the food barrel can be looted by bandits. You can also use the miner back at Squin for your sales person in town.

2.The second outpost should be setup north of squin where there were several 2 man copper veins. You already have iron and stone being mined, so just focus on copper mining here. Use the second packbull to repeat the process of bringing ore back to town for sale, and bringing food back to your miners from town.

You don't have to follow that guide to exact degree. Kenshi is sandbox, you're free to do what you're comfortable to do. You'll eventually learn more as you gain experience. Yes, you would need to research stone mines and upgrades, including electricity. You can buy basic research books from stores or find them for free at ruins. Then you will need ancient science books for higher upgrade levels, including engineer researches and AI cores.

Just play the game, forget the guides. Many of the guides ruin the game for new players, I mean heck, I could tell you how to make a nearly unkillable murder squad within 2 in-game weeks time, but whats the fun in that.

Go out, explore, run for your life, scavenge various battlesites for medkits weapons and armor, become a thief, become a murderhobo, get viciously murdered and/or eaten by people and things, live in a city or build an outpost when you feel like you're ready... however I would advise against building outposts until you can handle a few packs of bandits and ninjas at once, building too early is an easy way to get slaughtered.

The complete lack of handholding is a big part of the games' charm.

I built an outpost very early. RIP Zeddicus. He was a hero. Rescued "Kid" (second character i recruited" from black ninjas, carried him back to The Hub and went back for his bodyguard. Mercenary Captain and his team were wiped out. It was a slaughter.
