Help with Hemp Processor

I finally was able to research the hemp processor and I bought a swamp dome to process it in and whenever I try to build the machine it says "too close to another building" and the dome is completely empty. How can I fix this?

You can build hemp processor on roof but swamp dome doesn't have roof. I'm not sure how that mod affects exterior radius of builds.

Yeah the processor is an outside building. If you bought a house in a city you do not have access to land. All you can do is build them on roofs. But the dome does not have a roof, like Pyrrhus said.

You sure about that? I've built it indoors plenty of times. Suppose it's possible a mod changed it, but the only one I can think of that might've altered this particular item is the extra interior/exterior furniture mod.

In vanilla I recall it should be possible indoor, since you can find some already in a farm east of flat lagoon right in the moutain (west part of stobe's gamble).
It's probably both indoor/outdoor. It's not super small though, maybe it conflict with the roofing of the building ? Swamp dome are quite low.

Yeah, roof seems the likely issue. I build them in an L-house, and that works just fine, as does a Storm House.
