100% copper and 100% iron spot?

I've just reimported and I'm looking for a place to setup a new outpost. It can literally be anywhere -- I will gladly train my guys on stronger opponent raids to be honest. I just need it to be able to mine efficiently. Farming is no issue, I have hydroponics researched.

There's a spot between Squin and the Swamp Village to the south right on the border of the swamp that has 100% iron, several 100% copper nodes, 100% stone, and a fair amount of wind on the desert side. It's right along the road and it makes an almost straight line with the two locations.
The location is fairly quiet. I've had a couple swamp raptor nests and several Swamp Ninja/Red Sabre patrols wander through. It seems like the swamp in general has a bunch of 100% iron and 100% copper nodes scattered around.
