I believe:

Manhunters capture non-slaves to sell to the slavers - one of them said something like this when they attacked me
Slavers hunt for runaway slaves or transport slaves to a slave market or work camp
Bountyhunters hunt outlaws

isn't that the opposite? if I get enslaved thats by slavers who either attack me directly or come arcoss a downed character grapping them.

I have seen the manhuntrs saying thats entence about "looks like a slave" and attacking. but this seems to be random?
How do tey react to people with bounty? are they doing bounty hunting too? But I do have a guy with 20k bounty and never see them do something. So they feel like strange versions of purposeless slavers. Not sure if they return escaped slavers. I have not seen them doing much of purpose atm, thats wh y I am not sure what they do, or at least are supposed to do.

Manhunters make a living out of hunting slaves that have escaped, rather than bounty hunters who make a living off of tracking down bounties, and will attack the player at times because they think they can get away with passing them off as a Slave.

Slavers gather slaves by capturing vulnerable people the come across, and take them back to the camps they run to sell them off. A major industry in the Unitied Cities that manhunting is simply a symptom of.

I think manhunter is more of a general term and they will attack anyone that they think they can make a slave weather he was or not, they have a dialogue about attacking where he asks if they look like a slave and one of the group says, "who cares as long as we get paid" or something similar
The Bounty hunters I never see them move and they are armed to the teeth if ya kill one of them do not think they are a finished product in the game, have came across them randomly in middle of no where doing nothing

I really hope that's a grapist reference (YouTube it), if so you just made my day.

Yeah I got the "who cares" quote from the manhunters.

A long time ago bounty hunters showed up at my base when one of my characters had a bounty on them. I actually enjoyed that event, felt like a town hired mercs to come after him.

Ok, yesterday I went to the slave mine, and wow was that weird, I started a fight ther,e and suddely everyone joined that fight. the traders that were thee, and some manhunters, as well as the slavers. when many people were down, slavers also put shackles on the manhunter o.O

Even more weird, 2 of my gyus wnet down, and had shackles put on. but none of the gyus I beta down had their armor, so the body armor simply disappeared ? Onlyone manhunter had the sword. but no one of the endless slavers and manhunters had the body armor. is that a bug?

When I killed the manhunters they had gear. The helmet, armor and boots are a faction uniform.

The slavers strip equipment sometimes, if you were fighting wirhin the slavers camp maybe one of them did it and stored the equipment nearby? If memory serves the merchants in the camp sell the goods from the captured slaves.
