Doctor Chung?!

I found Doctor chung in the Mud Town, just outside Shark. But when I found him it seems he was willing to give me an operation. And I was thinking, "Oh thank Okrain! A surgeon that isn't in Holy Nation territory!" But then I side tracted and appearently recruited him.... Is there a way to use his surgeon abilities still?

Not that I'm aware of once he joins your faction.

You could reimport to get a new surgeon, but I don't know if there is a 100% chance to get a new surgeon there.

I have seen a surgeon in the bar at Shark, but I have mods that add more surgeons so I can't guarantee anything.

I'm pretty sure Dr. Chung M.D. is a story related character. His dialog makes it sound as though he's suppose to be in the swamps area. I've actually been finding quite a few story characters to recruit since the new map zone like this one character named Beanhop who is a run away slave that attacks you unless you got them sweet dialog pressing skills, and Hamut, who's wife died as a slave, and Miu who is a bar recruit with the back story of being a slave. They even talk to one another about it when you get close to United Cities. I'm pretty sure I have to kill all slavers now.
