--> there it's telling me: full gamepad support
I wouldn't have bought it otherwise ;)
I used to play armageddon on the pc, with all the players standing up each turn or moving around with their chairs - worms revolution with an xbox gamepad is just the perfect way to play this game with friends. and even if I am home alome I would like to sit back on my couch and play clan games on my beamer too :)
I mean, the answers are all there, yet people still ask stuff here.
In the end for me I just pick up a Pad, its much easier for me to by not getting as frustrated :P
Dude, you can remap the keyboard controls...
please show me where it says wheter beta testers feel like keyboard players have an advantage over gamepad players, did not find that part... but thanks for your input, much appreciated!
What? I didn't even say that...
All I was saying is that if you look at the store page, you can easily look to the right and see whether Full Controller Support/Partial Controller Support is listed or not, and it is!
I am fully aware of the gamepad support, I was just asking wheter in competitive mode, keyboard and mouse might have a certain advantage :) I read in a preview that the menus are more suitable to mouse and keyboard controls now - smaller icons in longer rows etc. the screenshots look like you've got a lot of weapons to select from at once rather than several groups to skip through with your shoulder buttons. if i have to spend 4 seconds sliding through weapons each turn (for example) while mouse and keyboard players only take 2 seconds, that is quite a bit of a disadvantage
