Puzzle Kingdoms. It's pretty good, though some of the side quests and the opening of the gates between chapters can be an exercise in frustration.

Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes - amazing game. A bit different from the usual match-3 formula.

Also give Tidalis a try, though there's no RPG mechanic.

It's a lot smaller in scale, but I'd at least take a look at Spandex Force, it's a superhero match 3. I had a lot of fun with it.

"Darkest Hunters" just came out and is similiar. You should look into it also.

BloodGate[blood-gate.com] was a nice promising game until the required online server was shut down this year.
