Minor Adjustment Update

Hi fellow sperms, there were some in-game issues that you might be encountering. So, we would like to add some fixes to improve your swimming experience.

Adjusted swim movement, slightly easier to turn/move around the level
Some sperm cells seems more possible to collect
Fixed some obstacles placement that might get you stuck
Arrow indicator displays when the door is opened
Tail physics adjustment
Fixed sensitivity adjustment
