Anybody got some tips on how to reach this achievement? It's the last thing I gotta do for Wrath of the Elder Gods but I'm confused by some things. Does it just have to be a perfect run of getting all the missions done and then not messing up the wizard mode? Or is it better to reach Wizard Mode and then start from there?

I have the exact same question :) I even want to know how you kill the 10 spawnlings in one game session.

Oh that one you can do it if you get the spawnling game mode popped up, spend your time trying to hit them over and over until they don't count anymore. They also sometimes just pop up during the game so you can hit them during those moments. Hope that helps!

Is that the 'Sound of Its Spawn' main game mode? If so most 2 or 3 come up for me there and you have to beat wizard mode to reset. I think the most i got in any one game is 5 or 6 before I lose the ball.

Oooh I appreciate that I'll give it a looksie, unless they updated it, that's basically what I did, I would ignore any missions if the worms showed up. I spent a bit of time waiting on it, but it's easier than the boss fight no madness lost run. That boss ends up always ending my runs. Good luck though!
