You can import your settings from fx and it works
This Settings.ini file contains the settings you screen locations
Like you, I have noticed that I have to Activate the cabinet mode each time I start it up, but as long as that Settings.ini file is there, it will NOT lose your screen settings. I know this product is pretty new, so they may be ironing out the bugs with this, but I think its totally worth seeing what shakes. Anyhow, good luck, let me know if I can be of any help.

YES! Thank you for posting it here - In the beginning I found out that I have to go to the Dotmatrix Settings and go back in the game from there. Then the cabinet mode always starts with my correct settings. Btw: It starts always the dotmatrix and backglass, but in the middle of & behind the playfield.
But after disambling my system and reconnecting this workaround does not have any effect any more.
I will now try some tricks with the Settings.ini...
But this is as annoying as the fact of not getting the backglass pictures with the tables ... I can not understand this. But I am a fan :)
Hi join the pinball fan facebook there is a guy on there who makes 3 screen and 2 screen set ups.
as for cabinet mode not sticking it was fixed in the last patch. although bare when it comes to changing dmd setting unlike fx.
