I can't sell illegal supplements

Hello I can't sell illegal supplements. I accept side quest and bought illegal supplement. How can I sell my costumers :(

Since they are illegal you can't just put them on shelves. You need to wait for them to ask for it. Hint: There will be a double exclamation mark "!!" on top of them when it happens.
