Overstocked Achievement

Does this achievement appears when you go scavenge and brings more than the double of what you can carry or by scavenging till you overstock everything at supplies menu?

When you scavenge more than double what you can bring back. At least that's how I got it.

I think so. I can think of one thing you can do to improve your chances and that's to avoid getting the training that allows you to carry more food.

get 500 oz. of food or more if you don't have the carry capacity+ in combat training, 700 or more if you do in a single scavening round. I believe a shopping cart is 150/200 oz., a can is about 15-20 oz., i'm not sure about the rest. Though it is mainly luck based.
