I own Organ Trail on my iPad and was able to unlock the UFO fairly easily. I have read a lot of confusing things on this thread so I hope I am able to contribute to solving this.

I used the "survivor" character on Normal and directed myself to Area 51. I tried scavenging right away irrespective of time and got the event right away. I died. I tried it again 9 or 10 times, med-kitting after each failed attempt (or 2) until I won.

Firstly, here's what happened:

The scene begins normally with a zombie or 2 creeping around, when all of a sudden an alien walks out. This alien looks like E.T. and is NOT the goop-covered zombie you see from time to time in radioactive zones. (as an aside, those guys look like zombies who fell down in a big puddle of radioactive goop and got up totally covered in this stuff). This, rather, is a character I haven't seen anywhere else.

I use the shotgun to kill him and the zombies and then, within 1-2 seconds (either just before or just after I kill the alien and zombies) 3 ships come on the screen with hyped up boss music (I can't remember if it's the normal one or not). These UFO's are hard. They move around the screen in a weird pattern aimed to corner you. They shoot a beam down half the time and if the beam touches you, you die.

As mentioned, I use the shotgun to just spray bullets out because good luck aiming with precision as you run for cover, constantly changing directions, but hitting the ufo's with multiple shots or multiple ufo's is good news (albeit you lose reload time) for eventually winning this battle. I found that I finally won with 7 or 8 shots that connected in some way. The UFO's crash and die and you get the achievement.

The UFOs stats are maxed. And it looks like their is no vehicle "bonus."
Lol it even says "Cheater: Can't unlock anything" where the bonus would be posted.
what does that mean? i unlocked it, and "Cheater: Can't unlock anything" is basicly no bonus because i still unlocked achivments and skulls while using it? so what does it do?
