Team Fortress 2 DLC Update - out now!

So yes - the big THING that we've been driving you insane with is a rather amazing Team Fortress 2 update for Surgeon Simulator 2013.

The DLC will be FREEEEEeeee (your favourite price!) for everyone who owns the game already.

In that screenshot it was hovered over the heavy. This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ difficult. I'm so angry right now. RAAAGE!

Steps:
1) Smash up rib cage with wrench
2) cut heart with the butterfly knife there is 2 of them
3) take the heart out
4) open the fridge and take the big baboon heart out
5) use the small mechanical thing and stick it on the heart
6) hold the heart and make sure the heart is stuck on with the mechanical attatchment
7) hold it up to the beam until it glows
8) place the heart in the heavy
9) fire the beam at the heavy to seal and complete surgery

How to access the DLC. I loaded the game up but it's the same. I don't see any new options and the operating theatre appear to be the same
