The reason the kidney transplant blows is that the kidneys stick to the body whenever they're ANYWHERE near those tubes, yet are completely resistant to your attempts to grab them. I hate it.

Using a spoon to adjust the kidneys after you've cut them out is pretty helpful.

The hardest part of that surgery was to figure out which part of the intestines to cut out, other than that, I really didn't found it that hard. IMO the brain transplant is harder, you have no idea how many times the brain has fallen off JUST right after being almost finished.

I think you're nuts. I did a successful brain transplant on my very first attempt, and I think on the whole it's the easiest operation. That said, the brain transplant is by far the easiest one to accidentally kill Bob during, and it's certainly the hardest to get an A++ rating at (especially in the @#!!* ambulance). Yeah, sometimes I do drop the new brain, but it's still not too bad, and you can often put the new brain in place and win without even releasing the mouse button.

Well you're right. It's not hard, it's tedious. it's not easy having to carefully chip off the skull. The hardest operation has to be the Heavy one.

Yeah, I feel like the brain transplant is the simplest procedure, but it also requires the most precision. There's only like three steps to the whole thing, but if you slip up once you're boned.

I feel your pain... But I'm getting better at it. But It's that Left Kidney!!! }:-[. It took me about 5 minutes for that kidney once.
