Mods for Surgeon Simulator

What if modding could be allowed on this type of game, and maybe there could be a workshop for it (Or maybe there is modding that I don't know of) For example, there could be a mod that makes your hand look like the medic's hand from Team Fortress 2. This is just a thought I had..

I have been looking around for this lately. If I can find anything I will let you know. So far no luck, however I plan on putting in a request for it to a few modding communites on diffrent sites.
