The number that was there is scribbled out because it was wrong.
Her number is a puzzle scattered across several of the levels. You puncture and drain a blood pack in one level, you look at the bottom of a pill bottle in another, and you use a laser to burn a note inside of a cabinet in an ambulance level, among other hidden numbers.
