I cannot pass the basic heart transplant, any tips?

I just cracked his ribs open, then there were loads of bone shards everywhere, and I couldn't get to the heart cos it was behind the lungs

the lungs just need a good tug - grasp them and yank them out, just move your arm left and right till they're not attached anymore. then you need to cut the old heart out.

You might need to grab them from the side, where the hand can get a better grip - if you're trying to grab them from the top, it's slippery. move the hand to the side of the lung, towards the centre of the chest, move the hand all the way down as far as it will go and try to grab there.

Step by step instructions: GO!!!!

1. Use drill, bone saw, automatic saw, or the hammer to remove ALL of the ribs (except for VERY small pieces on the side which cannot be removed.

2. Grab and pull out both lungs, keep trying, you can get it.

3. After lungs are removed, Use a scalpel (any small knives) to cut the indented areas on the purple cord streching completley across the inside of the body. (There will be reddish areas with like little marks on the top and bottom. Remove the tube and organ.

4. Cut the main tubes connected to the heart with the scalpel. Then remove the heart. (keep cutting at it if it won't come out)

5. Place the new heart from the box near your surgical tools on the right side into him, make sure the old heart is gone.

TIP TO WIN: Use the green syringe to stab him when he is losing blood, it will stop the blood loss. Oh, and unless you like to do surgery high, do not stab yourself with the syringe. If you accidentally do it, you will know what I mean. :/

It's actually really easy. Move your hand right above the scalpel and try to pick it up using your index finger and thumb (That's R+Space).

These games controlls are difficult to 'grasp'. (Pun Intended). But once you get a hold of them, the entire game becomes much easier!

Guide to Noobs Who Can't Even Get Past The Basic Heart Transplant:

Step 1: Use the bone saw to cut ribs

Step 2: Remove all broken rib cage pieces

Step 3: Use your hands to rip the lungs out (wiggle it around)

Step 4: Use any scalpel to cut the stomach in the top area and the bottom of the stomach tube

Step 5: Use same scalpel to cut all of the heart stems (or whatever you wanna call it B*TCH)

Step 6: Remove old heart

Step 7: Take the new heart in the container and shove it in "there" (That's what she said) If you take that joke literally then your probably a gay drunk five year old.

P.S If you followed these steps and are still at the begining with the patient looking untouched, just leave. You wasted $10.

I've played for a total of two hours, and have done the first two operations.
To be honest, it's just practice. The first hour of my playing was me just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around trying to figure out how the game worked, and then it really got easier.
Like everyone else says, just yank all his organs out if you can, and if you can't, you probably need a scalpel, so grab one and just slash up said organ until it goes limp.
P.S. if the guy's losing a lot of blood, stab him in the face with the green needle, and it'll take down his blood loss. :)
